About Niche Consulting, LLC.

Niche Consulting, LLC. was founded in 2008, by James Tucker, in response to requests for assistance from small businesses and not-for-profit organizations to address their needs to improve sales, business development and organizational efficiencies. Since those early days, the practice has expanded to provide a variety of sales, marketing and business development services to companies and not-for-profits seeking to grow their sales and revenues, and to increase sales productivity.  Niche Consulting also provides assistance to companies seeking to create, update or refresh business, marketing and go-to-market plans.

As a salesQB affiliate, Niche Consulting helps established businesses that are at an inflection point, ready to add more sales resources or sales management resources, and unsure of the best way to proceed. We use a proven methodology to evaluate the sales capabilities of the business, develop plans and strategies to improve sales and sales productivity, and manage their implementation, at a fraction of the cost of a full time sales manager or VP of Sales.
